Houseology is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Property Investment Consultant to support international investors and relocators entering the UAE property market.

Working closely with clients across the UK and overseas, you’ll provide guidance on off-plan and residential opportunities, helping clients make informed investment decisions based on their goals and long-term plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Advise investors on Dubai property opportunities and market trends
• Guide clients through the purchase process from enquiry to completion
• Work closely with developers and internal partners
• Maintain strong knowledge of the UAE property market and investment landscape
• Deliver a high level of professionalism and client service throughout

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience within property sales or investment consultancy
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with international clients
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is preferred but not essential
